If you recognize his name it's because we've written about him before. He's the one who tumbled 150 feet headlong down the inside face of an extinct volcano and turned to Christ because of surviving it.

An Industrial design student in the local university and the newest addition to our web team, Nahum is the technical illustrator and animator for our latest venture, online youth ministry courses. He is developing scores of drawings and animations to reinforce the learning objectives for our online training.

He's a natural leader and uses that gift well in the youth group of our local church.

Hola

Hi, I'm Nahum Isai León Casasola, or as my friends call me - Humi (pronounced: oo-me).

I like working on the computer but I love sports. I play soccer, baseball, american football, and basketball and thanks to God I've never broken anything or really damaged this "temple" God's given to me... not even when I fell headlong into the crater of the Toluca volcano - really.

I enjoy spending my free time friends, especially those from the youth group, but the school bores the living daylights out of me... but, oh well, I know it's important.

I've also got a bit of a temper. And although I was born into a Christian family, I really didn't grow close to God until January of 1998.

Thanks for your prayers and emails!

9/27/00 - for my parents... I know that God has his plan for the life of each of us but I'm not convinced that my earthly father knows my heavenly Father. And that's hard on my mother and all of us.

9/26/00 - for my 2 younger brothers and i who are soon going to be living alone. Specifically that our lives and apartment don't deteriorate into total chaos.

9/26/00 - for my life and the spiritual struggles that I face (you know those classic college age temptations and spiritual battles)

9/267/00 - that I would mature spiritually and grow as a Christian leader
